GLOBAL SHIPPING UPDATE:

Our delivery and supply chain partners have experienced unparalleled volumes throughout 2021 and 2022. Due to these global supply chain delays, all orders placed during this period will be dispatched within 3-7 business days. Carrier scans may take up to 72 hours to update. We and our partners continue to make every effort to ensure safe & fast delivery whilst adhering to COVID-safe guidelines and navigating global supply chain delays. We truly appreciate your patience with shipping during this time.

FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide Free International Shipping with FedEx from our warehouses in Amsterdam, Asia and USA, including Track & Trace code. 

All paintings are made on a per order basis. Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. All international orders are shipped via FedEx, and are typically delivered within 7-14 business days from the date that it is shipped. 

*Due to the pandemic, shipping carriers are experiencing delays. Please allow for some extra time for your package to arrive.

Tracking Information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped and you will be able to track your order through our custom link here. Or ask our customer support through info@cribofart.com for more information on your order.

 

Order cancellation

Some orders still can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, contact us as soon as possible. Once the printing, packaging and/or shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

 

Tracking says "No information available at the moment"

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

 

Will my items sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Customs

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. We do everything possible to clear for customs and paying for custom fees beforehand. However, it is still possible that some items may be eligible to custom fees. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
