WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Crib of Art has a 30-day return policy. All customers according to the Dutch law have 14 days to regret their buyings. Our policy is extended to 30 days. The 30 days starts from the day you pick up the product. We will refund the amount back to you within 14 days after your cancellation. The product you wish to return must be returned to us within 14 days after your cancellation. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it. All costs related to the return (shipping and customs) will happen on your own account. Contact us at info@cribofart.com to get the address for shipping back your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We do not accept returns for change of a design. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? 

 

We are unable to change/modify orders once they have already been placed. You will have to cancel the entire order for you to re-order. If you would like to do so you have 15 minutes after you place your order to cancel. Please cancel your order through your email confirmation, account or the confirmation page after placing order. DO NOT email us about canceling your order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T COLLECT MY PACKAGE?

In the event that products are returned to us due to customer failing to pick up their package, we charge a €35 euro fee. This covers shipping to and from you, as well as handling and restocking of products.

WHAT IF THE ORDER IS LOST IN THE MAIL?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. 

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check that you got in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you say you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
